KEOTA - Howard John Horras, 84, of Keota, died Saturday, May 25, 2002, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.      A Mass of the Resurrection was held today at Holy Trinity Parish-St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota, with the Rev.
