Doyle Eugene Hampton, 80, of Centerville, died on Friday, May 24, 2002, at Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.      The funeral service was on Tuesday, May 28 at the First United Methodist Church in Centerville, with the Rev. Jim Gubser officiating. The service was followed by a Masonic service by Jackson Lodge #42. Burial was in Haines Cemetery in Centerville. Visitation was on Monday, May 27 at the Schmidt Family

Vera Lorene Holm, 86, of Stockport, died at 9:10 p.m. on Sunday, May 26, 2002, at the Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, May 30 at the Raymond Funeral Home in Fairfield with Father Wayne Kamm officiating. Burial will be in the Spencer Cemetery near Stockport. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 29 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
