Fritz, 81, of Brighton, died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, at New London Nursing and Rehab Center, following a lengthy illness.      A funeral Mass was held today at St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain, with the Rev. KALONA - Loretta V. Fraizer, 82, of Kalona, and formerly of Cedar Rapids and San Diego, Calif., died Thursday, Feb. 21, 2002, at Pleasantview Circle in Kalona, following a brief illness.      A memorial Mass was held today at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond, with the Rev. D. Elaine Carriker, 60, of Windsor, Colo., died on Feb. 21, 2002, at Greeley, Colo.      The funeral service will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Timberline Church in Fort Collins, Colo. Vera Frances Miller, 87, of Mountain Home, Ark., formerly of New London, died on Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2002, at her daughter?s home in Mountain Home.      The graveside service will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 23, in Trinity Cemetery at Mt.
