Arthur Walter Roberts, 91, of Cedar Rapids, formerly of rural Keosauqua, died on Sunday, April 28, 2002, at home.      A memorial service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, May 4 in Center Chapel United Methodist Church southeast of Keosauqua with the Rev.
