BAKER CITY, Ore. - Artemas "Brownie" Brown, 88, of Baker City, Ore., died Saturday, Jan. 12, 2002, at St. Elizabeth Health Care Center in Baker City.      Memorial services were held Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Baker City. Mary Jane Leary Keyser, 72, of Rochester, N.Y., and formerly of Washington, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at her home.      Mrs. Keyser was born March 21, 1929, in Washington, to Dr. James M. and Amy E. Leary. She married Robert E. Keyser in Washington.
