Tangen, 87, of Columbus Junction, died Friday, Jan. 11, 2002, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.      A funeral Mass was celebrated this morning at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Muscatine. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery in Muscatine. A memorial has been established at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction.
