Angela Hofer, 39, of rural Douds, died of cancer at 9:32 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 28, 2001, at her home.      A memorial service was held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Dec. 31, at the First Christian Church in Vinton with Brother Norman Ward and the Rev.
