LONE TREE - Lorine M. Livingston, 85, of Hills, died Thursday, Dec. 20, 2001, at her home, following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22, at Sorden-Lewis Funeral Home in Lone Tree, with the Rev. Ann Rouse officiating. Burial will be in Lone Tree Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. this evening at the funeral home.

Mary Scarff (Mrs. Reuben) Cronin, 95, of Barco, N.C., and formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died at 10:45 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 17, 2001, in the Semparra Nursing Home in Barco.      Mrs. Cronin?s body has been cremated. A memorial funeral service will be held in Mt. Pleasant in the spring of 2002. Local arrangements are by Weir Funeral Home.

BRIGHTON - Ila Marie Evans, 90, of Fairfield, and formerly of Packwood and Ottumwa, died Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield.      Funeral services will be held at 9:30 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 19, at Parkview Care Center in Fairfield, with the Rev. Harlan Van Voorst officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Lawn Cemetery in Ottumwa. Gould Funeral Home in Brighton is in charge of arrangements.

Mae R. (Mrs. Douglas) Kephart, 78, of Metter, Ga., and formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died on Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001, at St. Joseph?s Hospital in Savannah, Ga.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 22, at the Forest Home Cemetery chapel. Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 21, at Weir Funeral Home. Burial will be in Forest Home Cemetery.
