Merle Irwin Wickham, 80, rural Winfield, died on Sunday, Nov. 11, 2001, at 8:30 p.m. at the Great River Medical Center in Burlington.      A Requiem Eucharist funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 15 at St. Michael's Episcopal Church in Mt. Pleasant with the Rev. Father Wayne Kamm, retired rector, and the Rev. Father Patrick Genereux, rector of Christ Episcopal Church of Burlington officiating.

KEOTA - Helen Huff, 94, of Keota, and formerly of Oak Park, Ill., died Monday, Nov. 12, 2001, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a brief illness.      Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 14, at Powell Funeral Home in Keota, with the Rev. Melinda Chambers officiating. Funeral services and burial will be at a later date in Oakbrook Terrace, Ill. Visitation will be held from 3 to 4 p.m.

MT. PLEASANT - Roger William Tweedy, 71, of Mt. Pleasant, died Saturday, Nov. 10, 2001, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.      Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday Nov. 13, at Olson-Powell Memorial Chapel in Mt. Pleasant, with the Rev. Paul Goossen and the Rev. Jim Hughes officiating. Following the services, the body will be donated to the University of Iowa for medical research. Visitation

Speas, 91, of Waco, Texas, and formerly of Kalona, died Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001, at Lake Shore Village in Waco, Texas, following a lengthy illness.Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 12, 2001, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Carl Raymond Manke, 85, of Des Moines, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died on Thursday, Nov. 8, 2001, at Iowa Lutheran Hospital in Des Moines.      The funeral service was Saturday, Nov. 10 at the Beatty Funeral Home in Mt. Pleasant with Kim Steffen officiating. Burial was in the Oakland Mills Cemetery. Memorials have been established to the Oakland Mills Cemetery.
