Herr, 67, of Washington, died Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2001, from injuries suffered in a car accident in Washington.Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 2, at Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction. Visitation with the family present will be held from 4 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Oregon Township Cemetery in Ainsworth. A memorial has been established.
