Allums, 23, of Dallas, Texas, formerly of Keosauqua, died of leukemia at 3 a.m. Monday, Aug. 13, 2001, at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center in Houston, Texas.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Aug. 17, at Keosauqua United Methodist Church with the Rev.
