Dobras, 92, of Fairfield, died at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 30, 2001, at Parkview Care Center.      The funeral service will be at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Sept. 1, at the First Lutheran Church in Fairfield with the Rev. Taylor, 84, of Washington, and formerly of Morning Sun, died Monday, Aug. 27, 2001, at Washington County Hospital in Washington.According to Mr. Taylor's wishes, the body will be cremated and there will be no visitation or services.
