Kelley, 84, of Washington, and formerly of Kalona, died Thursday, May 17, 2001, at Washington County Hospital following a lengthy illness.      Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, May 21, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Richmond, with the Rev.
