KEOTA - Alma Rose Weber, 82, of Keota, died Thursday, April 5, 2001, at University Hospitals in Iowa City, following a sudden illness.A Mass of the Resurrection will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Holy Trinity Parish-St. Mary Catholic Church in Keota, with the Rev. Timothy Regan officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary Catholic Cemetery in Keota. Visitation will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Powell Funeral Home

Albert E. Barrett, 79, of Mt. Pleasant, died at 4:20 a.m. Wednesday, April 4, 2001, at Sunrise Terrace Care Center in Winfield.      The funeral service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, April 7, at Beatty Funeral Home, with the Rev. Charles Espy, 90, of Palm Harbor, Fla., died on Wednesday, March 21, 2001, at Mease Hospital in Dunedin, Fla.      The funeral service was March 26 at Faith Lutheran Church in Dunedin, with the Rev. H.D. Mitchell officiating. Memorials may be made to Faith Lutheran Church in Dunedin or to Iowa Wesleyan College for the Espy Scholarship in Mt. Pleasant. FREMONT - Delbert L. Bailey, 83, of Keota, died Monday, April 2, at the Maplewood Manor in Keota.A private burial was held Tuesday, April 3, at Cedar Township Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. A memorial services will be held at Prairie Flower Baptist Church near Washington at a later date. Fremont Funeral Chapel is in charged of arrangements.
