Adrian L. Sieh, 82, of Winfield, died Saturday Feb. 24, 2001 at his home in Winfield.      The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 28 at the Honts Funeral Home in Winfield with the Rev. Greg Carr and Mr. Ronald Pulaski officiating. A memorial service for Marni Mellen, 76, of Fairfield, will be 4 p.m. Friday at the First Presbyterian Church in Fairfield at 200 South Main St. A celebration of life will follow at 5 p.m. at Fairfield Golf and Country Club, 905 E. Harrison Ave. Mrs. Mellen died on Feb. 15 at Jefferson County Hospital.
