FREMONT - Delbert L. Bailey, 83, of Keota, died Monday, April 2, at the Maplewood Manor in Keota.A private burial was held Tuesday, April 3, at Cedar Township Memorial Cemetery in Fremont. A memorial services will be held at Prairie Flower Baptist Church near Washington at a later date. Fremont Funeral Chapel is in charged of arrangements.
