Marion Wesley Martin, 65, of Washington, died Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at Mercy Hospital in Iowa City, following a sudden illness.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 3, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington, with the Rev. Brian Gentz officiating.

Mary Lucille Lawrence, 81, of Cedar Rapids, and formerly of Harper, died Tuesday, May 30, 2000, at the Methwick Manor in Cedar Rapids, following a lengthy illness.A Mass of the Resurrection will take place at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 3, at St. Elizabeth?s Catholic Church in Harper, with the Rev. Timothy Regan and the Rev. Anthony Conrad officiating.

KALONA ? Jeffrey Duane Schlabach, 33, of Kalona, died Friday, May 26, 2000, near Iowa City as a result of a motor vehicle accident.Funeral services were held Tuesday, May 30, at the Kalona Mennonite Church in Kalona, with the Rev. David Boshart officiating.

Marianne V. Brinning, 83, of Washington died Saturday, May 27, 2000, at the M.L. McCreedy Home following a brief illness.Funeral services were held today, with the Rev. Robert Bell officiating.

Irene L. Boley, 96, of Route 1, Stockport died at 12:40 a.m. Saturday, May 20, 2000, at the Van Buren County Hospital in Keosauqua.The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday, May 23 at the Hillsboro Baptist Church with the Rev.
