NEW FRANKEN, Wis. - Elaine Larsen, 72, of New Franken, Wis., and formerly of Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2000, at the Green Bay Hospital in Green Bay, Wis.      Mrs. Larsen married her husband Dr. Calvin Larsen May 21, 1949. They lived in Washington for several years where Dr. Larsen practiced veterinarian medicine. As a resident of Washington, she was a member of PEO and belonged to the Immanuel Lutheran

Winfred A. Norenberg, 83, of Ainsworth, died Oct. 17, 1999, at the Washington County Hospital in Washington, following a sudden illness.
