Parcel, 79, of 1310 Marsh Ave. in Winfield, formerly of Fremont and Ottumwa died at 9:32 p.m. Thursday, March 9, 2000, at the University of Iowa Hospitals in Iowa City.His body has been cremated. The memorial service was held at 1:30 p.m. today at the Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa with the Rev. George Edgerly of First Pentecostal Assembly of God officiating. The military service will be conducted by Walter B.
