Word has been received of the death of Kenneth W. Hillman, 63, of Bend, Ore., on Tuesday, April 25, 2000.A memorial service will be held at a later date.He was a 1954 graduate of Mt. Pleasant Community High School and moved to the West and Northwest some years ago.

Agatha T. Mehmert, 87, of Fort Dodge, died Monday, April 24, 2000, at the Trinity Regional Hospital in Fort Dodge, following a lengthy illness.Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Friday, April 28, at St. Joseph Catholic Church in East Pleasant Plain, with the Rev. Paul Connolly officiating.
