Darrin Richard Powell, 34, of Mt. Pleasant died Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2000, at Henry County Health Center, Mt. Pleasant.His body has been cremated with burial of his remains at Burbank, Calif. Mary Katherine Smith, 83, of Cedar Rapids, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2000, at Mercy Medical Center in Cedar Rapids following a brief illness.

Corinne E. Hill, 95, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Monday, Jan. 10, 2000, at St. Mary's Hospital, Decatur, Ill.

Merl H. Sutton, 88, of Wayland, formerly of Hedrick, died Wednesday, Jan. 12, 2000, at the Parkview Home in Wayland.

Arthur E. Hora, 90, of Riverside, died Thursday, Jan. 13, 2000, at the McCreedy Home in Washington following a lengthy illness.
