Margaret L. Meade, 49, of Mt. Pleasant died at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9, 1999, at Park Place Care Center in Mt. Pleasant.The funeral Mass will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Mt. Pleasant. Burial will be in St. Alphonsus Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Tuesday at Weir Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 6:30 p.m. by the parish of St. Alphonsus at the funeral

Amy Loving, 16, of New London died Sunday, Oct. 10, 1999, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City as the result of a car accident east of Mt. Pleasant.Arrangements are pending at Elliott Chapel in New London.

Mikel E. Denton, 59, of Wickenburg, Ariz., died Thursday, Sept. 30, 1999, after a long battle with cancer.The graveside service for her cremains will be at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 11, at Forest Home Cemetery with the Rev.
