Frank, 86, New London died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 1999, at New London Nursing and Rehab Center.The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 31, at Elliott Chapel in New London with the Rev. Jeffery McPheron officiating. Burial will be in Burge Cemetery, New London. There will be no visitation.
