Prottsman, 66, of New London died at 5:45 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 11, 1999, at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City.The funeral service was at 11 a.m. today, Monday, Feb. 15, at Elliott Chapel with the Rev.
