The snow was almost completely melted at Saunders Park where just a couple of weeks ago students were taking advantage of the last few days of winter vacation and sledding down the hill behind the bridge.

Mt. Pleasant residents took advantage of the spring-like temperatures on Monday, Jan. 22, by lining up at area car washes in order to scrub away every last remnant of winter.
