County renews 2-year contract for bridge inspections, continues winter road clearing

And that's it. The holidays are completely over as city decorations were taken down Tuesday morning. The sub-zero temperatures directly after the new year kept decorations up, but as the thermometer rose into the 30s, so did the buckets with city workers inside to take down the wreaths.
