A variety of talent
Mt. Pleasant Middle School's jazz band kicked off the 2 p.m. Variety Show on Sunday, Jan. 14. They performed ?Take The 'A' Train? and ?Are You Ready.? On Saturday, Jan. 13, the school held a music clinic where they got to work with professional musicians, inspiring both students and teachers.

Winfield City Hall welcomes 2018 with new electronic payment system

After the winter solstace on Thursday, Dec. 21, marking the shortest day of the year, the days are gradually lengthening. The sky turned a shade of pink last night a little after 5 p.m. as the sun slowly set on one of the warmest days of the year so far. No students injured following school bus accident
