A New London man was arrested Feb. 6 after Henry County Sheriff?s deputies were called to the New London Jet Stop regarding a suspicious person that was allowing his dog to enter the store.Ronald Russell, 69, identified as the dog?s owner, was charged with fifth-degree theft, a simple misdemeanor.
