Damage to the pizzeria
A car-building accident April 30 caused $10,000 in damage to the Breadeaux Pizza building on the east side of the Mt. Pleasant square. According to the Mt. Pleasant Police Department, a vehicle driven by Margaret Jennings, of Mt. Pleasant, jumped the curb and struck the building. As can be seen in the photo, most of the damage occurred on the left side of the Breadeaux building.
