County jobless rate increases by .5 percent in December 2013
Henry County unemployment increased by a half percentage point in December 2013 to 4.8 percent, according to statistics released this week by Iowa Workforce Development (IWD). Investigation results in robbery, drug charges

Lake Darling project nears completion

There have been several significant changes in the Henry County RSVP program in the past year. The program, formerly administered by the Henry County Health Center, is now under the direction of The Fellowship Cup. Carol Dustman, pictured above, also is the new program director. Winfield teen faces marijuana charge
