Lots of water
It was round two of flooding at Oakland Mills. Although the logjam near Oakland Mills certainly was a factor, it was more of too much water too quickly. Not only did the area receive substantial rainfall last week but tributaries in other parts of the state that drain into the Skunk also contributed.
