Officer injured in collision, Des Moines police say
DES MOINES (AP) ? Authorities say a Des Moines police officer is recovering from injuries suffered in a collision between his patrol car and a pickup. Parking lot no more
A bulldozer pushes away the concrete that once constituted a parking lot on the north side of the Roosevelt Community Recreation Center. A new parking lot will be built north of the new indoor gymnasium, which is expected to open in early 2016.
