Ruggles celebrates 90th birthday
Enoch I Ruggles, of Mt. Pleasant, will be celebrating his 90th birthday on Thursday, June 7.Ruggles is married to his wife, Eunice. Treasurer?s office hour changes
The Henry County Treasurer's office will experience a change in office hours. On the second Tuesday of each month, the office will be open at 8:30 a.m. rather than 8 a.m. The staff will be attending training with DOT personnel during this time.
