PEKIN ~ Nancy Ellen Schoonover, 78, of Pekin, passed away at 7:31 a.m., Monday, October 31, 2011 at her daughter?s home Born January 24, 1933 in Unionville, Missouri to Lloyd and Dovie (Ruggles) Bradshaw, she married Max Rathmel in 1951 in Washington, Iowa. She later married Glen Suiter in 1965 in Pekin. He preceded her in death on November 21, 1985. She then married Robert Schoonover on October 12, 1990 in Pekin.
