KEOTA ? Pamela J. Smith, 52, of Keota, died Sunday, Dec. 23, 2012, in Parkview Manor in Wellman.
Celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m., Friday, Dec. 28, at Prairie Flower Baptist Church in rural Washington with the Rev. Don Collings officiating. Burial will be at Keota Cemetery. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Friday at the church. A memorial fund has been established for Prairie Flower Baptist Church or Iowa Hospice. Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Keota is in charge of the arrangements.
