Patricia Fread March 17, 1935 - March 22, 2004

Patricia Fread, 69, of Ottawa, Ill., died Monday afternoon on March 22, 2004, at her home.

      The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, March 25 at First United Methodist church in Ottawa, with the Rev. John P. Meyers officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Memorial Park in Ottawa. Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. today at the Mueller Funeral Home in Ottawa, and one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. A memorial has been established to the kitchen fund at the church.

Survivors include a son, Donald Fread of Ottawa; three grandchildren; two sisters, Margaret O'Meara of Ottawa and Phyllis Mack of Yuma, Ariz.; and two brothers, Robert Swan of Pollack, La., and John Swan of Olathe, Kan.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter.
