Patricia M. Welding December 13, 1934 - October 14, 2005

      Patricia M. Welding, 70, of West Point died at 7 a.m. Friday Oct. 14, 2005 at her home.

      The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday Oct. 18 at St. Mary's Catholic Church in West Point with Fr. Apo Mpanda as Celebrant. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery in West Point.

      Visitation will begin after 1 p.m. Today at the Link Funeral Home in West Point the rosary will be recited at 3 p.m. and there will be a wake service at 7 p.m. The family will be present from 6 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established to St. Mary's Church or Holy Trinity Catholic Schools.

      Survivors include four sons, Michael and his wife Kyomi Welding of Seaford, Del., Robert and his wife Carol Welding of Quincy, Ill., Brian Welding of Lenexa, Kan., Jeff and his wife Amy Welding of Lenexa, Kan.; ten grandchildren; three sisters: Mary McGuire of Littleton, Colo. Julia Triggs of Spokane, Wash. and Sr. Loretta McGuire O.S.B. of Kansas City, Mo.; four brothers: James and his wife Maureen McGuire of West Point, Mike and his wife Elaine McGuire of Columbus, Neb., Dennis and his wife Kay McGuire of Wichita, Kan. and Tom McGuire of Liberty, Neb.

      She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
