Patricia 'Pat' L. Willis

      Patricia "Pat" L. Willis, 77, of rural Mount Pleasant and Lockridge, died Saturday, Sept. 29, 2007, at home.

      A service will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Faith Christian Outreach Center in Mount Pleasant, with the Revs. Monte Knudson and Mike Furlong officiating. Burial will be in Grant Cemetery in Rome, Iowa.

      Open visitation will begin at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Beatty-Murphy Funeral Home in Mount Pleasant, where the family will be present from 6-8 p.m.

      A memorial has been established. Memorials may be left at the funeral home.

      Mrs. Willis was born April 19, 1930, on the family farm in rural Mount Pleasant, the daughter of William S. and Florence M. White Millspaugh. She married Dale Willis Dec. 27, 1951, in Mount Pleasant.
