She was born on June 15, 1930, to Charles Phillip LaKose and Flora Maria (Dalle) LaKose, on the family farm southeast of Brooklyn. She was raised on the family farm and received her education Warren #9 country school near her home.
On September 8, 1948, she was united in marriage to Everett Seye. Patsy built a life grounded in devotion to her family, her faith, the simple joys of country living, and the enduring love that surrounded her.

She found joy in quilting, playing cards on Sundays, taking scenic drives after church, and most of all, spending time with those she loved. Her legacy is one of warmth, resilience, and unwavering dedication to her family.
Patsy's memory will forever be a quiet comfort to those who loved her-a testament to a life well lived. Her love for family and the simple joys she embraced will live on in the hearts and traditions she leaves behind.
