Paul E. Swartzendruber
KALONA - Paul E. Swartzendruber, 73, of Coralville, died Tuesday, April 12, 2005, at Lantern Park in Coralville, following a lengthy illness.
A Celebration of Life Service will begin at 2 p.m., Saturday, April 16, 2005, at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona, with the Rev. Lynn Patrick officiating. Burial will be in East Union Cemetery in rural Kalona. Visitation will be this evening, from 5 to 8 p.m., at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established for Iowa City Hospice.
Mr. Swartzendruber was born Oct. 17, 1931, in Kalona to Walter and Mabel (Hershberger) Swartzendruber. He married Colleen Conner Lenz on Aug. 11, 1956, in Iowa City. The couple later divorced.
