Paul Edward Steele, 74, of rural Hedrick, Iowa, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019, at his home. A visitation will begin at noon on Friday,

Nov. 29, at the Cranston Family Funeral Home in Fairfield, Iowa, with the family present to greet friends from 5 to 7 p.m. As were Paul's wishes his body will be cremated following the visitation. A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 30, at the Brethren Cemetery with Pastor Dianne Brokken officiating.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Gladys Harrison Steele; and an infant daughter, Molly Anna Steele.

Left to share his story is his loving wife, Kathleen Steele of Hedrick, Iowa; two daughters, Alicia (Jacob) Roop of Packwood, Iowa, and Amanda (Kevin) Murphy of Urbandale, Iowa; three grandsons, Joey, Jace and Josh Roop; as well as many extended family and friends.
