Paul Preston Banks

Paul Preston Banks, 87, of Washington, died Wednesday, March 25, 2009, at the Washington County Hospital in Washington, following an extended illness.

    Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 30, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Washington with Bishop Doug Campbell officiating.  Burial will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington.  Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Beatty Funeral Home in Washington where the family will be present to greet friends.

    Mr. Banks was born Aug. 6, 1921, in West Chester, the son of Floyd and Barbara (White) Banks.  He married Barbara Boomershine on Sept. 16, 1947, in Washington.
