Paul T. 'Bud' Blumenstein

      GENESEO, Ill.-Paul T. "Bud" Blumenstein, 84, of Geneseo, Ill., died Friday, Jan. 30, 2004, at Hammond-Henry Hospital.

      A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, Feb. 5, at St. Malachy's Catholic Church in Geneseo, Ill., with the Rev. Michael Pakula officiating. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery in Geneseo, Ill., with military honors accorded by the Geneseo American Legion Post No. 350. Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 3 to 6 p.m., at Vandemore Funeral Home in Geneseo, Ill., where a rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the Paul T. Blumenstein Memorial Fund.

      Mr. Blumenstein was born on April 17, 1919, in Wellman, to Lloyd and Nellie (Taylor) Blumenstein. He married Marjorie Greiner on Aug. 28, 1940, in Kinross.
