Pauline Lee April 9, 1916 - August 25, 2005

      Pauline Lee, 89, of Morning Sun, died after a brief illness Thursday, Aug. 25, 2005, at Great River Medical Center in West Burlington.

      The funeral service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 30 at Morning Sun United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Sue-Ellen Sherman officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from noon to 8 p.m. Monday at Hagele and Honts Funeral Home in Morning Sun, with family present from 5 to 8 p.m. A memorial has been established.

      Survivors include a daughter, Linda Lee Tank of Davenport; two sons, Thomas L. Lee of Ankeny and Douglas D. Lee of Morning Sun; nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren; a sister, Lois Robbins of Wapello; and two brothers, Floyd Housman of Yarmouth and Wendell Housman of New London.

      In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, a son, three brothers and three sisters.
