Pearl D. (Bender) Lafrenz
ELDRIDGE-Pearl D. (Bender) Lafrenz, 88, of Davenport, formerly of Washington, died Sunday, March 28, 2004, at Postillion Home in Davenport.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, March 31, at Chambers Funeral Home in Eldridge. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Afton. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Wednesday, at the funeral home. Memorials may be directed to a charity of the donor's chooosing.
Mrs. Lafrenz was born on Oct. 3, 1915, in Osborne, Kan., to Henry J. and Mary (Farrier) Curl. She married Donald W. Bender in Washington, on April 9, 1938. He preceded her in death in 1948. She married Herman Lafrenz in Davenport, on Oct. 24, 1985.
