Pearl Dennis
MUSCATINE-Pearl Dennis, 89, of Columbus City, died Wednesday, Feb. 11, 2004, at Unity Hospital in Muscatine.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 14, at 10:30 a.m., at Geo. M. Wittich-Lewis Funeral Home in Muscatine, with the Rev. Robert Newton officiating. Burial will be in Columbus City Cemetery. Following interment, a time of food and fellowship will be held at Trinity Episcopal Church. Visitation will be held today, from 4 to 7 p.m., at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established.
Mrs. Dennis was born on May 7, 1914, in Columbus Junction, to James and Maggie (Tisor) Manley. On Feb. 21, 1934, she married Asher Dennis in Washington County.
