Pearl I. Tucker

Pearl I. Tucker, 97, of Washington, died Sunday, Sept. 26, 2010, in the M.L. McCreedy Home in Washington following a lengthy illness.

    Celebration of life services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 30, at the Jones-Eden Funeral Home with the Rev. Darryl Carr officiating. Burial will be at the Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, and the family will receive friends from 9:30 until 10:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Memorials have been established for Hospice of Washington County or the First Baptist Church.

    Mrs. Tucker was born March 26, 1913, in Grace Hill, the daughter of Robert Lee and Addie Belle (Coates) Blick. She married Clyde M. Tucker on Oct. 16, 1928, in Memphis, Mo
