COLUMBUS JUNCTION - Perry William Meador, 57, of Letts, died Dec. 25, 2001, at Unity Hospital in Muscatine.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Dec. 28, at 10 a.m. at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home in Columbus Junction. Visitation will be held Thursday at the funeral home, with the family present from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. Burial will be in the Columbus City Cemetery.
A memorial has been established in his name.
