Peter J. Hallett, 53, of Mt. Pleasant passed away on Tuesday, October 25, 2022, at his home.

Peter was born on June 1, 1969, in Phoenix, Arizona, the son of Charles and Terri (Rabe) Hallett. He graduated from McClintock High School, Tempe, Arizona, in 1987. He was a truck driver and a mechanic. Peter enjoyed playing cards and video games.

He is survived by his father, Charles (Sharon) Hallett of Mt. Pleasant, his mother, Terri Crabtree of Phoenix, Arizona, his brothers and sisters, Jonathan Hallett, Robyn Hansen, Howard Hallett and Paul Hallett, his stepbrother, Kevin Wolfe of Mt. Pleasant and two stepsisters, Dawn McNeil of Wapello and Sandy Wolfe of Trenton, along with several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022, at 10:00 a.m. at the Salem East Cemetery. Cremation has been entrusted to the care of Murphy Funeral Home of Mt. Pleasant.
