Philip Jacob Conway, 21, of Washington, died Friday, June 13, 2008 in Mercy Hospital in Des Moines.
A memorial will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday, June 17 at 815 S. 12th Avenue in Washington.
Surviving are his parents; four brothers; relatives; and friends.
